HOW WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Orders are shipped Monday-Friday and are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard domestic shipping takes between 2-6 business days to arrive. Expedited shipping is available at checkout but please be aware of processing times when selecting this option. When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email that contains tracking information.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We currently only ship to the US, Canada, and Costa Rica.  We hope to add additional locations soon.

HOW MUCH DOES INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING COST?

International shipping costs vary by country. Please keep in mind that customs, duties, taxes, or brokerage fees may be charged by your country or the carrier. These fees vary by country and carrier so we are not able to provide an estimate. Any additional charges that are incurred while importing our goods are the customer's responsibility.

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS LOST IN TRANSIT?

The tracking information that was provided when your order shipped will have the most up to date information on the whereabouts of your package. Please email us directly if your package seems to be lost in transit based on the tracking information.
